Nobody should have to wait until morning

When a pet becomes sick or injured after hours, most families are left choosing between waiting it out or driving to a large referral hospital. We opened Urgent Vet so pets of the Eastern Suburbs have somewhere closer to go.

Meet the vets behind Urgent Vet

Urgent Vet was founded by Dr Cloe Davies and Dr Heather Russell to provide a collaborative, community-focused approach to after-hours veterinary care in the Eastern Suburbs. Both are experienced emergency veterinarians with a shared belief in keeping quality after-hours care local, accessible and connected to your regular vet.

Everything we need, right here

Urgent Vet operates from a fully equipped veterinary hospital in Rose Bay, with diagnostics, surgery and overnight care all available on site. That means we can quickly work out what’s going on, start treatment when it’s needed, and care for your pet throughout the night.
